Butterfly belt was my own, reminds me of Ugly betty.

Skirt fabric was from a market and the pattern was from simplicity but it's a circle skirt which you can find a How To to sew your own.

Scarf was my own, an old one coz now I only buy my scarfs from Treasured Treats. This had tassles but I cut them off...I don't like tassles much unless it's to do with the 1920's or Tina Turner.

Heels from Evans, they don't have this shoe anymore maybe because I bought this in the sale but they have new beautiful shoes similar to mine.

OOTW! with a Feisty Feline “How To” *Halloween Special*

Well uno how I wanted to be a cat for Halloween when I posted the Pinterest interest makeup pictures, well I did become a cat and a sexy-ish one too! Of course others were better dressed but thankfully I was the only cat…(no actually there was another with painted whiskers but I’ll pretend that I was the only one…the only sexy one!). Oh plus this curvy cat is wearing a ASOS wrap dress, plain flats and Evans tights!

Soft kitty, warm kitty, big ball of sexy, happy kitty, i'm a sleepy kitty so I won't purr! :3

Takes me back to Jamaica 1999/2000 when I was doing my "meow meow" dance. I was 9...it's embarissing...it's recorded and stored in my familys memory forever!

Oooooh mystrias

Yes work was fun and by that I mean tiring! But if you would like to know how I made my fur ears and tail the long and silly way then see what I did…it’s a half-hearted How To!

What you really need:

  • A glue gun
  • A needle and thread
  • Garden wire (or flower making or even jewelry wire. I was just lucky I found this in the £ Store)
  • Scissors
  • Fabric scissors
  • Black ribbon
  • Black faux fur
  • A headband
  • A pencil and paper (if you want to draw out the planned look or your cat ears)*
  • A tape measure

*Purrrrfectly optional!

My equipement (which half of it I didn't need so I ended up spending £10...and I don't know what I bought!)

The collar was just a ribbon with a sewn gem in the middle for a bit of sparkle!

So I hope that was some help to you! I thought it was cute and great under radar when it’s daytime and you don’t feel like getting feliney before the party starts!

Patterns of the week! with FOOTW: Sexy wrap dresses and boleros

I was having a quick look on sale patterns because I love to sew especially for myself with easy patterns as I have a short attention span and get bored and quickly confused. I was on Simplicity patterns UK and found a wrap dress pattern similar to my own favourite outfit of the week.

This is 1/2 of my Favourite Outfit Of The Week! A simple, easy AND quick style of dress to flatter any body shape esp those who are curvy like me. You can go vintage with floral or…

...or go vintage 50's with red and white polka dots! My other favoutite!

…go vintage 50’s with red and white polka dots! My other favourite! I’ve been whipping these out all week! (not my boobs the dresses).

I used this old pattern from my mums collection of sewing patterns however i'll give you a link on a very simialr style and the best one i've seen so far.

This dress really hides all the lumps, bumps  and fits around your humps to give you a sexy shape. Look you can’t even see the madness coming thought my dress it’s all an illusion! MUWHAHA! Anyway here’s the link:

And now for the next Pattern of the week! It’s a sexy bolero! Great for the vintage minded and slightly body conscious because not only does it suit you oh so well but it helps those arms (now I call my arms Angel Wings because I’m a chubby Angel instead of that ugly Bingo Wings…I ain’t not chicken coz I can’t eat me!). Here’s the link:

If you do decide to buy these lovely patterns and need a little help feel free to contact me or if you like I’ll post a HOW TO step by step so we’re sewing together just like in school only you can turn up late like I usually am.

Happy Sewing, Happy styling!
